The presented packages are designed for 10 guests including the birthday child. More guests can be accommodated for an additional cost. Spa services are for entertainment purposes only. We are not licensed estheticians. Packages serve as itinerary guidelines; entertainers reserve the right to amend the itineraries at their professional discretion. Various factors including weather, child headcount and venue space may impact our ability to perform the desired activities. We require access to at least one sink and running water to rinse facial creams, rinse supplies, and access water for manicure and pedicure bowls. Tables and chairs are not included.

Booking Process: Fill out an Event Request Form to initiate our booking process. When we have confirmed the details and our availability, you will receive a digital proposal for the services. We require a $50 deposit per entertainer to reserve the date and time of your party which can be paid for online with card or bank transfer, over-the-phone, via CashApp or Zelle, or in-person with cash or check at our venue. Your party balance will be due two-weeks before your event date. Travel fees apply to all bookings and are calculated based on the event location. Rush fees applies to bookings made within two business days. Additional fees may apply for bookings at hotels, resorts, and during holidays. For parties with more than 12 children, or when three or more characters are booked, fees for additional attendants may apply.
