Our swimming mermaids are accompanied by a party captain, pirate or sailor games host who assists in the transportation of the mermaid and in leading various activities. Mermaids arrive on wagons and/or are carried by the assistants. If you choose a Mermaid who wears a wig please note wigs cannot be submerged underwater. Original Swimming Mermaids utilizing their natural hair can fully submerge. While our Swimming Mermaid characters are most enjoyed at pool parties, they can participate in on-land parties but will remain seated and will allow the games host to lead the activities.

The presented packages are ideal for parties averaging approximately 12 children. For larger parties, please consider booking the Entertainment Package or additional characters. All packages can be altered. Packages serve as itinerary guidelines; performers reserve the right to amend the itineraries at their professional discretion. Various factors including weather, child headcount, and venue space may impact our ability to perform the desired activities. Travel fees apply to all bookings and are calculated based on the event location. Please contact us to discuss custom package options. In the event of inclement weather, we will tailor the activities to an indoor space.

Booking Process: Fill out an Event Request Form to initiate our booking process. When we have confirmed the details and our availability, you will receive a digital proposal for the services. We require a $50 deposit (per character) to reserve the date and time of your party which can be paid for online with card or bank transfer, over-the-phone, via CashApp or Zelle, or in-person with cash or check at our venue. Your party balance will be due two-weeks before your event date. Travel fees apply to all bookings and are calculated based on the event location. Rush fees applies to bookings made within two business days. Additional fees may apply for bookings at hotels, resorts, and during holidays. For parties with more than 12 children, or when three or more characters are booked, fees for additional attendants may apply.
